Residential property development with 247 houses, built in 3 different phases. Two phases are complete and have been delivered to purchasers, and one phase has been stopped during the structural stage.
Client´s objective:
The structure falls outside of the urban planning approvals, and a process to correct the situation must start, while a search is made for an investor interested in acquiring the asset.
