Asset:
Property development of 156 homes, with construction and urban development works that have been stopped since 2008 and permits not complied with.
Client´s objective:
Correct the urban planning situation and reactivate the works permit, in order to put a value on the asset and decide whether to resume the property development work or sell the asset to a third party.
Trident AM management period:
Starting in 06/2016
Objective evolution (01/19):
The permits were reactivated and offers were obtained from investors interested in acquiring the project in its current state.
